Lime Cabanas Suites

The Lime Cabanas Guesthouse is located in the garden of a family house in Habaraduwa. We have chosen this place, off the beaten road, because it is quiet and can provide you with a comfortable substitute for your home.

When falling asleep, you can smell the salty sea breeze and listen to the rhythm of the ocean waves taking you away to your dreams. When waking up, you can listen to the chirp of the birds and breathe the fresh tropical plants and flowers perfumes.

And our accommodation is only a few steps away from the beach!

The story of the name originates mainly in our garden.

There were quite a lot of citrus trees there such as naran, ambul dodam, lemon etc.

Most of the lime trees were not planted. They grew out of the seeds from the fruits my mother has thrown away after using them.

Lime comes to my mind as a really fresh smell of the lime fruit cut into halves and applied to the hair as my mother and sister do. And it is a kind of herb, too. The green color of the lime symbolizes the nature – the savior of the world.

Each cabana has two storeys. On each storey, you can find one suite which contains a bedroom with a separate bathroom, veranda/balcony and pantry.

There is a two-persons king size bed including the mosquito net, clothes rack, suitcase rack and bed-side tables with lights in each bedroom, an electric water kettle in the pantry and a table and chairs in the veranda/balcony. Bed linen and Toiletries are provided (see details in Suite Descriptions here below).

If you have a car, it is possible to park it in our garden is possible and it is free. The garden is delimitated by a wall and protected with a gate.
